Haldane Leung

Haldane is a legal manager of Maples and Calder’s Finance team in the Maples Group’s Hong Kong office. He has experience assisting Cayman and BVI entities on wide spectrum of financing transactions including banking, aircraft financing, structured finance and pre-IPO restructuring and financings and initial public offerings. Haldane also assists on general corporate matters.

In 2022, Haldane was seconded to the transaction legal team of a major international aircraft lessor.

Haldane joined the Maples Group in 2017 from a local law firm in Hong Kong.
