Areas of Expertise
Grace is an associate of Maples and Calder’s Finance team in the Maples Group’s Cayman Islands office. Grace has experience advising international banks, financial institutions and insurance clients on cross-border corporate and finance transactions, reorganisations, and general commercial and financial regulatory matters. Grace also has experience advising on debt issues.
Grace joined the Maples Group in 2026. Prior to joining the Maples Group, Grace worked at Clifford Chance LLP in London and spent time on secondment working in-house at an international investment bank’s treasury legal team.
Grace is a Maples Group legal scholarship recipient.
