Geraldine has extensive experience in corporate secretarial and corporate governance services. She provides a full suite of corporate secretarial services to a broad range of Singapore incorporated entities, including assisting clients with Singapore company formations and all aspects of on-going statutory administration and annual compliance required under the Singapore Companies Act.

Previously, Geraldine has worked in an international law firm and one of the big 4 audit firms.
