Fergus Toolan

Fergus is an associate of Maples and Calder’s Banking team in the Maples Group’s Dublin office and works with a broad range of clients including domestic and international banks, non-bank lenders as well corporate, fund and individual borrowers. Fergus advises on a broad range of corporate lending matters, specialising in acquisition finance, real estate finance, fund finance, restructurings and loan sales.

Fergus joined the Maples Group in 2023 having previously worked in the Banking department of a leading Irish law firm.
