Felicity Galt

Felicity is an associate of Maples and Calder’s Funds & Investment Management team in the Maples Group’s Cayman Islands office. She specialises in the establishment, launch and maintenance of private equity funds and other alternative investment funds. She also advises on a broad range of general corporate and commercial matters.

Felicity joined the Maples Group in 2025. Prior to relocating to the Cayman Islands, she worked in the legal team at JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. and as an associate at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP in London.
