Evelyn Soye

Evelyn is an associate in Maples and Calder’s Corporate team in the Maples Group’s Dublin office. Evelyn advises on a wide range of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, venture capital, corporate restructurings and various shareholder matters.

Evelyn joined the Maples Group in 2026 having trained in a large Irish law firm and worked, post-qualification, on the Corporate M&A team.
