Eva Gosciniak

Eva provides corporate secretarial services to a wide variety of investment funds in the Cayman Islands.  She specialises in the coordination of attendance at board and shareholder meetings and the preparation of minutes and communication with boards of directors on all aspects of company secretarial and corporate governance matters.

Previously, Eva worked for a financial services company in Cayman Islands and for IT start-ups in London.
