Eugene is a partner in the Dispute Resolution & Insolvency team of the Maples Group’s Dublin office. He has extensive experience in complex commercial litigation, including multi-party actions, disputes with an international dimension, and large discovery projects. His practice is focused on financial services disputes, tax disputes, and professional negligence claims. He regularly advises on, and acts in, construction claims, property defect actions, and landlord and tenant disputes.
Eugene joined the Maples Group in 2014 having previously practised for six years as a barrister at the Bar of Ireland.
