Emma is a highly experienced financial services professional, specialising in structured finance. She has over fourteen years’ experience in the industry, with a strong focus on securitisation transactions across the capital markets. Emma is well versed in the effective functioning of boards of directors, including robust corporate governance and the effective management of relationships. She has a strong interest in the evolving importance of ESG and is keen to explore how structured finance and CLO structures can enhance the development of environmentally sustainable finance.
Emma previously worked at U.S. Bank as a Relationship Manager within the CLO team, where she was responsible for managing client relationships and performing transaction management across a portfolio of CLO structures where the bank was providing services, including collateral administration, paying agent, account bank and bond trustee services. Prior to this, Emma worked with a major corporate services provider as a Senior Client Service Manager, where she was responsible for transaction management across a portfolio of structured finance SPVs, including RMBS, CMBS, social housing bonds, student loans and aviation leasing. Emma also spent several years working within the structured finance teams in corporate trust at BNY Mellon and Deutsche Bank.
