Emma Alimohammadi

Emma is an accomplished qualified attorney with experience at an international law firm in South Africa, and at a trust office in the Netherlands. She has advised multinational clients in the financial services industry, including global banks, asset managers, funds and insurers, on corporate governance, financial service laws and regulations and all stages of the contract life cycle. Emma has a proven track record of high service delivery and is committed to delivering impactful legal solutions.

Over the past couple of years, Emma has primarily been involved in providing fund administration services to investment fund structures, including private equity and venture capital funds. Understanding the robust Dutch regulatory and compliance landscape, Emma is client-focused, outcome-driven and has a strong focus on managing risk.

Emma previously worked at Intertrust Group (CSC) in Amsterdam as a Senior Company Lawyer in the private equity team. Prior to this, Emma practiced as an Attorney at an international law firm with a focus on financial services litigation.
