Emily is an associate in Maples and Calder’s Corporate team in the Maples Group’s Jersey office. Emily advises on a range of corporate, finance and funds matters. She also advises on listing services on The International Stock Exchange (“TISE”).
Emily joined the Maples Group in 2023 as a trainee solicitor. In 2024, Emily was seconded to the Maples Group’s Dublin office in the firm’s Funds and Investment Management Group. Upon qualification in 2026, Emily joined Maples and Calder’s Corporate team.
2026 – Admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales (not practising)
