Emily Fenton

Emily is an associate in Maples and Calder’s Corporate team in the Maples Group’s Dublin office. Emily joined the Maples Group as a paralegal in 2021 and commenced her training programme in 2022, which included a secondment to the Maples Group’s Luxembourg office. Emily qualified into the Corporate Group in 2025.

Emily advises on a wide range of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, venture capital, corporate restructurings and various shareholder matters.
