Donnchadh McCarthy

Donnchadh is of counsel of Maples and Calder (Luxembourg)‘s Funds & Investment Management team at the Maples Group.  He advises clients on the structuring and setting up of both regulated and unregulated investment vehicles, with a particular focus on UCITS and AIFs.  Donnchadh also advises on the establishment, ongoing operation and regulation of UCITS management companies and AIFMs.

Donnchadh joined the Maples Group in 2020.  He previously worked in the investment funds group of a leading Irish law firm and with the Irish Stock Exchange.
