Areas of Expertise
Dane is an associate of Maples and Calder’s Funds & Investment Management team in the Maples Group’s Cayman Islands office. He specialises in investment funds and advises on the establishment, launch and ongoing operation of hedge funds and private equity funds. He also advises on general corporate and commercial matters.
Dane joined the Maples Group as an articled clerk in 2022. Upon his admission as attorney-at-law in the Cayman Islands in 2024, Dane joined the Funds & Investment Management team in the Cayman Islands office.
