Colm is an Of Counsel in Maples and Calder’s Funds & Investment Management team in the Maples Group’s Dublin office. He has significant experience advising global and domestic clients on the establishment and on-going regulatory, compliance and corporate governance requirements relating to their Irish regulated investment funds, management companies, service providers and directors. He advises a wide spectrum of fund types, with particular expertise in UCITS and ETFs and alternative private debt and private asset funds.
Colm joined the Maples Group in 2016 when he joined as a trainee, qualifying in 2019, when he joined the Funds & Investment Management team. Since then, Colm has played a pivotal role in the team, contributing significantly to the firm’s success and reputation in the funds and investment management space.
