Areas of Expertise
Clare is a legal manager of Maples and Calder’s Corporate team in the Maples Group’s Hong Kong office. Her practice covers initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, securities and bond issues, pre-IPO restructuring, secondary fund raising and general corporate and commercial transactions.
Clare joined Maples and Calder in 2023. She was previously an associate at Slaughter and May. Clare is a native Cantonese speaker and is fluent in Mandarin.
