Christina Connaughton

Christina is an associate in Maples and Calder’s Employment team at the Maples Group’s Dublin office.  She advises on a broad range of employment related matters including unfair dismissal, disciplinary and grievance procedures, bullying, harassment and work-related stress processes, working time and equality issues. Ciara also has experience in advising in relation to contract reviews and the drafting of company policies and procedures.

Christina joined the Maples Group in 2025, having previously worked with the Employment Group of a leading international law firm in Ireland.
