Chloé Dominici

Chloé is an Associate in the Banking and Finance team of Maples and Calder (Luxembourg). Chloé advises leading financial institutions, market participants and a variety of sponsors (including private equity funds, hedge funds, infrastructure funds, real estate funds, secondary funds and credit funds) on complex fund finance and structured finance transactions. Her practice encompasses a broad range of sophisticated domestic and cross-border financings.

Chloé advises on syndicated, club and bilateral subscription credit facilities, as well as NAV facilities, hybrid structures, SMA deals, management fee lines, GP financings, capital relief transactions and other bespoke financing solutions. She guides clients through every stage of a transaction, from structuring and documentation to negotiation and closing, providing commercially focused advice that reflects investor dynamics, evolving market practices and each client’s strategic objectives.

In addition to her fund finance practice, Chloé advises on acquisition finance, real estate finance, refinancings and debt restructuring. Clients value her ability to manage complex, multi-party and cross-border matters efficiently, anticipate potential issues and deliver practical solutions tailored to their commercial priorities.
