Cameron Jones

Cameron is an associate of Maples and Calder’s Corporate team in the Maples Group’s Cayman Islands office. He advises a wide range of clients, from start-ups to publicly listed companies, at all stages of their business cycle. Cameron’s experience involves all aspects of corporate and commercial work, including advising on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, corporate restructurings, corporate governance and regulatory matters.

Prior to joining the Maples Group in 2025, Cameron worked in the corporate team at CMS Cameron McKenna in London.
