Calvin is a legal manager of Maples and Calder’s Finance team in the Maples Group’s Hong Kong office. He has experience in corporate finance matters, including banking and finance transactions, listed-bond issuances, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and IPOs of Cayman Islands companies on Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Calvin joined the Maples Group in 2025. He practised as a finance associate in the Hong Kong office of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP.
