Areas of Expertise
Brittany is an associate of Maples and Calder’s Finance team in the Maples Group’s Cayman Islands office. She has experience advising on a wide range of finance transactions including fund financing and structured finance (in particular CLO) transactions and Cayman Islands Stock Exchange listings. She also advises on general corporate and commercial matters.
Brittany joined the Maples Group as an articled clerk in 2022. Upon her admission as an attorney-at-law in the Cayman Islands in 2024, she initially joined the Corporate team where she advised on mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, restructurings, and the establishment and ongoing operation of investment funds. This background provides Brittany with unique perspective when advising on finance matters.
