Areas of Expertise
Brittany is an associate of Maples and Calder’s Corporate team in the Maples Group’s Cayman Islands office. She advises on a range of corporate and commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, restructurings and debt financings. Brittany also advises on the establishment, launch and ongoing operation of hedge funds and private equity funds.
Brittany joined the Maples Group as an articled clerk in 2022. Upon her admission as an attorney-at-law in the Cayman Islands in 2024, she joined the corporate team in the Cayman Islands office.
Member of the Cayman Islands Legal Practitioners Association (CILPA) and 100 Women in Finance.
