Beatriz is an Associate in Maples and Calder Luxembourg’s Finance team at the Maples Group. She advises on various types of cross border financing and banking transactions, fund finance, as well as on structured finance deals, securitisations and capital markets matters. Beatriz joined the Maples Group in 2025.
Prior to joining, practise as an associate in the banking and finance team in an independent law firm in Luxembourg, advising on financing, fund financing, securitisation and capital markets transactions. Originally qualified in Portugal, Beatriz began her legal career in corporate and M&A matters in Lisbon in an international law firm before advising clients on banking and finance in another Portuguese Tier 1 law firm.
