Anna Finnie

Anna has over seven years’ corporate administration and corporate governance experience.  She is knowledgeable in private client and trust, insurance, pharmaceutical, investment funds, capital markets and aircraft leasing entities, made up of companies, partnerships and LLCs.  Anna has extensive knowledge of Bermuda companies and partnership laws, corporate governance and regulatory requirements.

Anna’s previous experience includes several years’ experience working at the corporate services arm of the largest law firm in Bermuda and working for corporate service providers in Bermuda and Ireland. Previously, Anna worked as an Assistant Corporate Manager with Zobec Services Limited in Bermuda.  Prior to this, she worked at Conyers Corporate Services (Bermuda) Limited as an Assistant Corporate Manager.  Before moving to Bermuda, she worked as an Assistant Company Secretary with Ocorian in Dublin Ireland and as a Corporate Administrator for Intertrust.
