Areas of Expertise
Ann-Marie is of counsel at Maples and Calder’s Funds & Investment Management team in the Maples Group’s Cayman Islands office. Ann-Marie has extensive experience advising on the establishment, authorisation, operation and maintenance of Irish regulated UCITS and AIFs, including hedge funds, funds of funds, master feeders, private equity funds and managed account platforms. She also advises service providers to such funds, including AIFMs, management companies, investment managers, administrators and depositaries. She advises global asset managers on a broad range of asset classes and the implementation of strategies through a variety of fund structures. In addition, she advises and supports clients on all aspects of regulatory change effecting their Irish funds.
Ann-Marie joined the Maples Group as a trainee in 2007. On qualifying in 2010, she joined the Funds & Investment Management team.
Ann-Marie is a member of the Cayman Islands Legal Practitioners Association (CILPA) and 100 Women in Finance.
