Anika Oberbillig

Anika specialised in providing fiduciary services to structured finance and securitisation companies since 2018.  She and her team are covering the whole lifecycle of Luxembourg companies from incorporation over the administration of the daily business, corporate governance, monitoring and risk management as well as liquidations. She also serves as a director on the board of Luxembourg securitisation vehicles, including regulated ones.

Previously, Anika worked in the audit sector with KPMG Société Coopérative in Luxembourg in the audit of banks and securitisation vehicles for over 6 years.  Prior to this, Anika worked at Deutsche Postbank AG in Credit Risk Controlling for two years in which she mainly focussed on regulatory compliance and projects.
