This includes incorporation, daily administrative operations, accounting, compliance monitoring, risk management, and liquidations. Alice’s expertise lies particularly in holding companies. Before joining MaplesFS (Luxembourg) SA as a Corporate Administrator in 2019, Alice began her career in 2016 as part of the administration and management advisory team in Esperia Luxembourg SARL. In this role, Alice was responsible for processing and monitoring transaction orders, managing invoicing, and overseeing accounts receivable. Additionally, she took on responsibilities related to corporate governance.
