Ade Olunowo

Ade is an associate in Maples and Calder’s Finance team in the Maples Group’s London office. She is experienced in advising on a broad range of finance, corporate finance, fund finance (subscription line facilities, NAV and hybrid facilities), debt capital markets and structured finance transactions. She has experience representing both borrowers and lender syndicates, as well as hedge funds and private equity funds.

Ade joined the Maples Group in 2026, having previously worked as an associate within the banking and finance teams of US and International firms.
