Commenting on the recognition at the Latin Lawyer awards, Finn O’Hegarty, co-head of the firm’s Latin America practice with Suzanne Correy, said, “We are honoured to have been recognised by Latin Lawyer for our role on the Arco transaction. This recognition is testament to the dedication and expertise of our Latin American team whose commitment to our clients made this complex deal a resounding success.”
A multi-disciplinary team of lawyers advised Arco on the Cayman Islands legal aspects of the transaction and was led by partners Finn O’Hegarty and Caroline Moran, with support from Malachi Sweetman, Akshay Naidoo, Mariana Alves and Adrian Davey. In 2023, the firm was ranked as ‘Highly Recommended’ in the International Counsel – Offshore category1 by Latin Lawyer 250.
