Maples Group Welcomes New Head of Fiduciary Services – Luxembourg

The Maples Group is pleased to announce that Jorge Pérez Lozano has recently joined as Senior Vice President, Head of Fiduciary Services – Luxembourg.

Jorge brings more than two decades of experience in providing global solutions for middle- and back office operations at financial institutions, management companies, investment funds, securitisation vehicles, alternative investment vehicles and corporate trust structures. In addition, he has significant knowledge of the regulatory landscape and related compliance and reporting requirements having previously worked as a CSSF-approved “administrateur delegue”.  He has held various senior roles with a number of multi-jurisdictional financial and corporate services providers and brings vast leadership experience, most recently serving as a Chief Operating Officer.  Jorge holds an International Business Economics Diploma from Polytechnic University Trier in Germany.  Leveraging his extensive experience and expertise, Jorge will work closely with Tom Davies, Global Head of Fiduciary, to ensure the continued delivery of best-in-class solutions to the Group’s Luxembourg clients while also driving the strategic growth of the business.
