Maples Group Strengthens Data Security and Privacy Credentials with Latest ISO Certifications

Maples Group receives  ISO 27001:2022 and ISO 27701:2019 certifications, internationally recognised information security and privacy standards.

The Maples Group is delighted to announce that it has maintained its recognition in information security management, by retaining its ISO 27001:2022 certification. In addition, in April 2025, the Group has achieved recognition for its privacy information management by achieving the ISO 27701:2019 certification. ISO 27001:2022 and ISO 27701:2019 are internationally recognised information security and privacy standards.

These certifications cover both security and privacy controls and include the Group’s proprietary eServices and Phoenix platforms. This recognition is indicative of the Group’s ongoing commitment to ensuring it maintains the highest-quality processes and technology. Furthermore, they demonstrate the capability of the Group’s platforms to protect the security and privacy of its clients’ data.

“We are extremely proud to have retained our ISO 27001:2022 security certification and to have achieved the new ISO 27701:2019 privacy certification. These accomplishments are reflective of our robust information security and privacy management systems”, Robert Eryou, Chief Information Security Officer at the Maples Group, commented. “The certifications cover our proprietary platforms and are a testament to the strengths of our team and the technology that supports us. Ultimately, these achievements reinforce our commitment to safeguarding our clients’ data and upholding their trust in our services.”

The certifications ISO 27001:2022 and ISO 27701:2019 are awarded through an independent, expert audit that determines whether the systems and controls align with and demonstrate effective operation. Certification is achieved through an accredited body and provides further assurance to clients that the organisation’s information security and privacy practices meet international standards.
