Maples Group Luxembourg Advises Bain Capital on Investment in HSO, a Global Microsoft Cloud and AI Partner

A team based in the Maples Group’s Luxembourg office acted as Luxembourg counsel to Bain Capital and was led by Partner, Baptiste Aubry, with assistance from Of Counsel, Paul Chiellini‑Morge and Associate, Victoria Brugmans.
