Maples Group Achieves ISO 27001 Certification
The Maples Group is pleased to announce that it has achieved ISO 27001 certification for its eServices platform (“eServices”), a secure web-based portal that provides clients with a single platform from which to view and manage their global entity information. The certification verifies that eServices meets internationally accepted information security standards and further demonstrates the Group’s continued investment into its people, processes and technology to protect the data and privacy of its clients.

ISO 27001 is the only internationally recognised certifiable information security standard. Certification to ISO 27001 is completed through an independent, expert assessment that determines whether data that the Group is entrusted to safeguard is sufficiently protected. The certification is achieved through an accredited certification body, and provides further assurance to clients that the organisation’s information security practices meet international standards.
“We are delighted to receive the ISO 27001 certification, which endorses that our security practices, policies and procedures for eServices continue to adhere to the international standard for information security management systems”, said Robert Eryou, Chief Information Security Officer at the Maples Group. “It is a testament to the hard work and diligence of our dedicated Information Security, IT and Risk and Compliance teams, who ensure that the Maples Group delivers eServices in a safe and trusted environment, offering clients confidence and assurance that their information is handled securely and with care.”
The ISO 27001 certification directly complements the SOC 2 Type 2 attestation, which the Maples Group’s eServices platform has also been awarded.
