The Fund aims to seek long term capital appreciation by investing primarily in a portfolio of securities with a focus on companies which meet the Fund’s environmental, social and governance (“ESG”) criteria. These companies will either be primarily based or listed in the Greater China region, which includes the PRC, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, or are expected to benefit from major revenue growth from conducting business in Greater China. The Fund will consider on an ongoing basis a wide-range of ESG factors that have a net positive impact on the sustainable development of Greater China. ESG factors include but are not limited to, climate change mitigation and adaptation, water and waste management, sustainable energy and transport, biodiversity, agriculture, healthcare and education.
