Maples Advises Bain Capital on Acquisition of VXI Global
Maples and Calder, the Maples Group’s law firm, is pleased to have advised Bain Capital Private Equity (“Bain Capital”) on its acquisition of VXI Global Solutions (“VXI”) from Carlyle Group Inc. and the financing of the acquisition.

VXI provides multinational companies with business process outsourcing (“BPO”) and information technology services and is considered as one of the biggest foreign BPO providers in China.
