The refurbishment has transformed the office environment, creating a contemporary space aligned with the look and feel of our London office while enhancing the everyday experience our team members. This refurbishment will also help to expand our European offering, giving us the ability to add to our current European headcount of nearly 700 employees.
Key improvements include a redesigned floorplan, upgraded meeting and collaboration spaces, a spacious kitchen and breakout area, and the installation of new workplace technology, equipment and services. The project also included significant infrastructure enhancements, such as new air conditioning, desks and monitors, ensuring the office is equipped to support the evolving needs of our teams.
We are incredibly proud of the work undertaken to complete this refurbishment and would like to thank everyone involved in bringing the project to life. The investment demonstrates the Maples Group’s long-term commitment to our Leeds office and to providing our people with a workplace that supports collaboration, wellbeing and productivity.
I am incredibly excited to see the completion of our newly refurbished Leeds office and proud of everyone who contributed to making it a reality. This project has been a true team effort, resulting in a modern, welcoming workspace that reflects our commitment to our people and the future of our Leeds operation. I would like to extend a special thank you to everyone who played a part in bringing our vision to life. Our external partners listened carefully to what we wanted to achieve and delivered a space that has exceeded our expectations. We encountered several challenges along the way, but through the combined efforts of our external partners and internal IT, HR and Facilities colleagues, we overcame them and can be rightly proud of the result. The office has been thoughtfully designed to support collaboration, flexibility and wellbeing, and I hope our colleagues enjoy the enhanced working environment for many years to come.
