Aisling Dwyer Named Top Offshore Litigator in Asia

As a seasoned offshore litigator, Aisling regularly advises ultra-high-net-worth families, financial institutions, private equity houses and major corporates, often as part of a global litigation team working on proceedings across several jurisdictions. Aisling’s restructuring and insolvency portfolio spans major and often contentious restructurings of Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands (“BVI”) entities including applications for the appointment of provisional liquidators, schemes of arrangement, take privates and capital reductions of entities listed on the stock exchanges of Hong Kong and Singapore.
