This quarter’s highlights include the Central Bank of Ireland’s cross industry outsourcing and operational resilience guidance papers and letter on MiFID client suitability frameworks, proposed EU amendments to the AIFMD and UCITS frameworks, the CSSF’s updated guidance on ancillary liquid assets and SPACs, the publication of a number of circulars on the CSSF’s risk based supervision for prudential and AML / CFT purposes as well as IT outsourcing.
