OVERVIEW

Kerry Ann is a partner of Maples and Calder's Corporate and Latin America teams in the Maples Group's Cayman Islands office.  Her practice areas include a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions such as restructurings and reorganisations, structuring and maintenance of investment funds (both private equity and hedge funds), note issues and other structured finance and capital market transactions.  She also advises on general regulatory law and through her Latin American practice advises clients both originating from and investing into the region. 

BACKGROUND

Kerry Ann joined the Maples Group in 2007 as an articled clerk and qualified in 2009. She has been ranked by Legal 500, where clients described her as "the best associate to work with at Maples Cayman, and now as a partner I’m absolutely sure that she will be a fantastic partner, with very precise comments and deep attention to details."
