OVERVIEW

Ciara is an associate in Maples and Calder's Employment team in the Maples Group's Dublin office. She advises on a broad range of employment related matters including unfair dismissal, disciplinary and grievance procedures, bullying, harassment and work-related stress processes, working time and equality issues. Ciara also has experience in advising in relation to contract reviews and the drafting of company policies and procedures.

BACKGROUND

Ciara joined the Maples Group in December 2019, having previously worked with the Employment Group of another leading Irish law firm. Ciara is 'Recommended' in The Legal 500 EMEA 2023.
