Ireland

This quarter's highlights include the new EU sustainability‐related disclosures regulation and low carbon benchmarks regulation, the finalisation of the Investment Firms Regulation and Directive, further Central Bank guidance on enforcement sanctions and a consultation on proposed amendments to the PRIIPs KID.

Luxembourg

This quarter sees the publication of CSSF Circular 19/732 which clarifies the identification and verification of ultimate beneficial owners and a CSSF AML/CFT FAQ for investment funds and investment fund managers and includes updates on the CSSF’s eDesk Portal and the implementation of the IOSCO’s Liquidity Risk Management Recommendations in Luxembourg.
