Guide to the EU Sustainable Disclosure Regulation

The Disclosure Regulation is part of a legislative package proposed by the European Commission to move sustainable investment objectives to the core of the financial system of the European Union. 

The Disclosure Regulation introduces disclosure obligations on financial market participants and financial advisers to integrate ESG factors into their investment and risk management processes.


This Guide has been developed in association with AIMA in advance of the Disclosure Regulation, which will apply on and from 10 March 2021.
