OVERVIEW
William is responsible for the management of a large portfolio of Regulatory Services clients providing FATCA and CRS related services. He has been instrumental in developing policies and procedures that meet FATCA and CRS requirements and has an excellent knowledge of the relevant legislation and regulatory requirements including registration, due diligence and reporting, providing guidance to clients in managing FATCA / CRS compliance and mitigating risk. William aims to provide clients with a responsive first class services in the most timely and efficient manner possible.BACKGROUND
William was previously employed by Scotia Bank and Trust, ending his career there as Operations Manager of the main branch following many senior positions in the trusts department. He moved on to set up a local fund services company for BBVA, providing fund accounting and RTA services. During his tenure with BBVA he also assisted in setting up a trust company and launching several SPVs to issue debt and served as Director on several local subsidiary companies and was a member of the senior management board. He also served as Managing Director of Campbell Corporate Services Limited where he improved accounting and IT infrastructure and streamlined policies and procedures to cope with a quickly growing corporate services business. William has either served as MLRO or Deputy MLRO with each of his prior employers and was CIMA approved in previous roles.LANGUAGES SPOKEN
