Valérie is an accomplished professional with significant experience in institutional investors client service, custody, cash operations, accounting and fund administration. In her current role, she is responsible for providing fund accounting and other services to hedge fund clients. Leveraging her strong client focus and leadership experience, Valérie is dedicated to providing Maples’ clients a high-standard experience while offering an inclusive and stimulating environment for her team.
Previously, Valérie was Director Administration Group Savings & Retirement at Industrial Alliance, one of the largest insurance and wealth management groups in Canada. Prior to that, she spent 19 years at State Street in Canada and Australia, one of the largest custodians in the world and a provider of custody, accounting and fund administration for institutional investors and their traditional and alternative assets. Valérie also worked at Mercer HR Consulting and Standard Life in pension administration.
