Tricia is an associate of Maples and Calder's Corporate team in the Maples Group's Cayman Islands office. Tricia advises on a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions, including corporate restructuring, unsecured and secured financing, mergers and investment funds.
BACKGROUND
Tricia joined the Maples Group as a trainee in 2005. On qualifying in 2007, she joined the Corporate team.
