Tracy is an experienced chartered secretary and has worked in the financial services industry for more than 15 years. She is knowledgeable in corporate secretarial work and corporate governance.
BACKGROUND
Previously, Tracy worked with Citco Singapore Pte. Ltd. over five years as a Senior Company Secretary and was later promoted to Account Manager and Senior Account Manager - Portfolio. Prior to this, she worked at Heritage Fiduciary Services Pte. Ltd. for 10 years, working with offshore companies such as BVI, Brunei and Singapore.
