OVERVIEW
Tiana is an associate of Maples and Calder's Dispute Resolution & Insolvency team in the Maples Group's Cayman Islands office. She has a broad background in commercial litigation matters relating to insolvency, contractual disputes, equitable claims and insurance. Tiana has appeared in the District Court, High Court and Court of Appeal in New Zealand.
BACKGROUND
Tiana joined the Maples Group in 2021. She previously worked at Wynn Williams in New Zealand.

Tiana is a member of the New Zealand Law Society, Recovery and Insolvency Specialists Association (RISA Cayman), and the International Women's Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation.
