Susanna is an associate of Maples and Calder’s Funds & Investment Management team in the Maples Group’s Hong Kong office. Susanna advises on the structuring, formation and maintenance on a range of investment funds as well as corporate and downstream transactions.
Susanna joined the Maples Group in 2022. She previously worked at the corporate practices of Mills Oakley, one of Australia’s leading national law firms, and PwC Legal in Sydney, Australia.
