Areas of Expertise
Sonia is a legal manager of Maples and Calder’s Funds & Investment Management team in the Maples Group’s Hong Kong office. She advises on the structuring, formation and maintenance of a range of investment funds, including hedge funds and private equity funds.
Sonia joined the Maples Group in 2024. She previously worked in the investment funds team at Simmons & Simmons, and at the corporate practices of MinterEllison LLP.
