Areas of Expertise
Sarena is an associate of Maples and Calder’s Corporate team in the Maples Group’s Hong Kong office. She focuses on a variety of cross border finance and investment transactions involving the structuring of capital and dividend flows for both inward and outward investment into and out of the PRC. In addition, Sarena has advised on banking and pre-IPO financing and has acted generally for corporations and leading PRC banking institutions.
Sarena joined Maples Group in 2017. She previously worked for another international firm and before that, Baker & McKenzie in Hong Kong. Sarena is a native Mandarin speaker.
