Roshini provides corporate secretarial services to a wide variety of investment funds, unit trusts and SPVs in the Cayman Islands.
Roshini previously served as an Analyst at the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority in the investments supervision division where she provided regulatory support and oversaw the activities of funds, fund administrators, registered professional directors and investors. In addition, she conducted due diligence on directors and provided risk assessments on fund administrators.
